The Flag Parade is an organization that provides the flags that are located at the 'Boompjeskade' in Rotterdam. At the moment the flags are illuminated by spots in the ground, but because of the weather and other reasons, these tend to not work. So for me the assignment to design a new spatial plan for the 'Boompjeskade' that also includes a new lighting system for the flags. 

I came up with the following two ideas.
